Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

During busy periods (such as promotions or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

• Free standard delivery on all orders over £20

• Shipping costs for orders under £20 are calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak demand periods. Fight Clean is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@fightclean.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
